KasMixer is a non-custodial cryptocurrency mixing service designed to enhance privacy for Kaspa (KAS) transactions. Our service allows users to break the on-chain link between source and destination addresses by mixing their funds with other users' transactions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use KasMixer. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use of the service does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of all information provided
• Maintaining the security of their wallet addresses and private keys
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Using the service for legitimate privacy purposes only

5. Prohibited Activities

KasMixer prohibits the use of our service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to:

• Money laundering
• Terrorist financing
• Fraud or scams
• Tax evasion

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of using KasMixer for prohibited activities.

6. Service Limitations

KasMixer operates as a non-custodial service. We do not:

• Store user funds beyond the mixing process
• Maintain records of transactions after completion
• Guarantee complete anonymity or privacy
• Provide refunds for completed or in-progress mixes

7. Fees

KasMixer charges a fee of 0.01% for each mixing operation. This fee is automatically deducted from the transaction amount. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with appropriate notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

KasMixer is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KasMixer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of KasMixer following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
